Recently, SINOTRUK's 1st Global "Elite Lecturer" Skills Competition successfully concluded at the SINOTRUK Global Marketing & Service Training Center. As a prestigious event focusing on the core competencies of trainers, it not only built a high-quality platform for global trainers to showcase their professional talents and exchange teaching skills, but also injected strong momentum into the high-quality development of SINOTRUK's overseas markets through the practical effect of "promoting learning through competition and enhancing capabilities via contests".

Launched officially on September 3rd, this competition consisted of three stages: "Preliminary Selection, Regional Competitions, and the Grand Final". The Preliminary Selection attracted over 300 participants, who took professional theoretical tests covering core areas such as vehicle electrical systems, engines, transmissions, axles, and chassis braking systems, comprehensively assessing their knowledge reserves. In the Regional Competitions, more than 100 qualified contestants focused on two tracks—mechanical and electrical—and demonstrated their strengths based on their own advantages. Eventually, 21 foreign trainers and 10 internal trainers advanced to the Grand Final. Adopting a dual-track model of "practical disassembly & assembly + theoretical course teaching", the Grand Final saw contestants surpass themselves through the integration of theory and practice, fully showcasing the outstanding demeanor of "Elite Lecturers".

A panel of technical expert judges conducted professional evaluations focusing on core dimensions such as the depth of theoretical course explanations, the accuracy of troubleshooting, and the persuasiveness of on-site expressions. Eventually, based on three major tracks—Foreign Trainers (Mechanical Track), Foreign Trainers (Electrical Track), and Internal Trainers Track—3 First Prizes, 6 Second Prizes, and 9 Third Prizes were awarded. This heavyweight honor is not only a high recognition of the contestants' professional capabilities, but also a vivid testimony to the solid construction of SINOTRUK's training system and its commitment to empowering talent development.

The successful holding of this competition has built a communication platform for overseas trainers, improved the team's teaching standards, and effectively promoted the transformation of the enterprise's technological advantages into market advantages.
