From 2 to 4 October 2026, Formula 1 returns to Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia after a nine-year hiatus. Under the theme “Strength to Carry. Speed to Lead”,SINOTRUK took full part in activities across the race weekend of the Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia.

During the event, the C9H, HOWO MAX and HOWO TX battery-electric tractors took to the Sepang Circuit. A total of six parade demonstrations were completed over the three days, showcasing SINOTRUK’s product lineup to on-site spectators. Among them, the HOWO TX electric heavy truck served as the driver parade vehicle, demonstrating SINOTRUK’s technological prowess in the new energy sector. On 4 October, SINOTRUK signed a letter of intent for the procurement of 100 new energy vehicles with a Malaysian company. The first batch covers 50 units, marking the official entry of SINOTRUK’s new energy commercial vehicles into a leading logistics enterprise in Malaysia.

During the event, around 120 customers and partners from Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore attended the race. SINOTRUK held discussions and exchanges with all partners.

Leveraging the F1 event platform, SINOTRUK will further accelerate the rollout of its new energy products in Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asian market, improve its localised service system, continue to deepen its presence in Malaysia, and demonstrate the leading strength of Chinese commercial vehicle brands to the world.
