Oil is essential in the use of diesel engines, mainly for lubrication, cooling and cleaning. Many drivers will pay attention to checking oil level and add it according to the standard, but they ignore the inspection of oil quality and the replacement of deteriorated oil, resulting in the wear of some engine parts. Under normal conditions, the oil loss is not large, but it is easy to pollute, thus losing the role of protecting the diesel engine. During the operation of the diesel engine, a lot of dirt will enter into the engine oil. For new or overhauled machinery, there will be more impurities after the test run. If it is only added and not replaced, it is urgent to use, which is easy to cause accidents such as burning of the bearing bush and holding the shaft. In addition, even if the engine oil is replaced, some drivers may not thoroughly clean the oil passage during replacement due to lack of maintenance experience or time saving, so that mechanical impurities remain in the oil pan and oil passage.
